Leadership at the Next Level

As leaders move through their organizations, they are constantly challenged to broaden and develop their leadership abilities. Working at increasingly senior levels (or in new geographies, functions, …) often requires a new mindset or perspective; a shift in approach. It also requires letting go of some of the things that made us successful in the past. It requires a new level of leadership.

I coach leaders to more fully integrate and leverage their expanding roles. With a deeper understanding of their values and strengths, my clients define how they can most effectively impact their organisations. If outdated assumptions and perspectives are getting in the way of fulfilling these goals, we broaden the scope and look for alternative ways of understanding issues, influencing people, or leading through change.

Working with leaders individually, in teams, and through pragmatically designed leadership development programmes, I accompany them in looking more deeply at these issues. Through this work, clients have been able to progress in areas such as:
