Every organization has a vision of where it wants to go. Every organization needs leaders to make this vision real.

Alongside coaching, I work with organizations to :

  • define the talent they will need in the coming months and years to deliver on their vision.

  • Assess their current talent pool.

  • Create a strategy for filling any talent gaps in the short and longer terms, including recruitment strategies, development programs, performance management systems, etc.

  • Design and deliver leadership development solutions.

  • I also work with a selected group of consultants and coaches for delivery of larger programs.
